Job Description

• Developing new business opportunities and maintaining strategic business relationships with clients. • Collaborates with service lines to drive specific dollar amounts within identified accounts. • Resolves client issues and identifies root causes to prevent similar issues. • Implements strategic sales and marketing plans. • Responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations to key clients. • Leads sales team(s) focused on developing new business with specified accounts. • Monitors and analyzes profitability growth reports.

Job Requirements

Requires broad training in business administration, sales, marketing, pharmacy science, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree program.
Healthcare marketing, business development, and account-based sales experience preferred.
Normally requires 8–10+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience in solutions sales and marketing.
A self-starter with proven ability in sales management and successful strategic and consultative selling techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills; ability to train others in this area.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong creativity skills; focused and disciplined.
