• Manage the operations of an independent service provider network • Grow the network and establish and maintain processes and systems to provide services to the customer including performance management and credentialing • Recruits, signs, trains, and measures performance of servicer(s) • Renegotiation of rate(s) by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings • Develops and implements strategic plans to grow our network • Manages and strengthens ISP relationships • Identifies new service opportunities • Coordinates with internal teams to deliver on client expectations • Submitting project requests to IT and working with them to resolve issue(s) or implement system enhancements
