Job Description

• Drive adoption of advanced oncology software solutions within an assigned territory. • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets. • Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, IT leaders, and hospital executives. • Understand clinical workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities. • Serve as a trusted advisor, clearly explaining complex software capabilities, workflow efficiencies, and clinical benefits. • Conduct demos, presentations, and value-based solution discussions. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor technologies, and evolving clinical practices in radiation oncology. • Work closely with professional services, implementation teams, R&D, and customer support to ensure strong adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in medical device, laboratory equipment, or healthcare software sales; Oncology background strongly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of radiation therapy workflows, medical imaging, and healthcare IT systems.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
