Job Description

• Oversee the organization's daily business activities, focusing on Forward and Reverse Logistics operations • Manage resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, ensuring procedures are carried out properly • Regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and make changes to maximize staff productivity • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA targets for logistics operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies • Oversee inventory accuracy, including returns and forward stock, and focus on reducing wastage • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics • Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture • Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and nurture vendor relationships • Develop and present reports on logistics performance and support regional and global projects

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience must include managing logistics operations (forward and/or reverse)
Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
