Job Description

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. • Support, guide, and collaborate with a regional sales team to drive performance and growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, producers, and advisors. • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. • Provide training, support, and guidance on Life, Annuity, LTC, and DI concepts and products to the sales team and partners. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and advisor/producer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in insurance and/or annuity sales, with proven leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 required.
