Job Description

• Source, qualify, and engage prospective Limited Partners (LPs) across institutional and private-wealth channels. • Manage the full capital raising process, including outreach, investor meetings, due diligence coordination, negotiation support, and closing of capital commitments. • Support preparation and refinement of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, fund summaries, performance updates, and ongoing communications. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing investors to drive repeat and follow-on commitments. • Represent MREP at industry conferences, investor meetings, and roadshows. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance) to ensure alignment on fund strategy, pipeline updates, and performance reporting. • Monitor investor feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform fundraising efforts. • Ensure accurate tracking of investor interactions, pipeline activity, and fundraising progress.

Job Requirements

7–12+ years of capital raising experience within private equity real estate, with a strong preference for multifamily funds.
Demonstrated experience supporting or executing capital raises for commingled funds or similar investment vehicles.
Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and/or UHNW/HNW individuals.
Solid understanding of fund structures, due diligence processes, and investor onboarding.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage sophisticated investors.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
