Job Description

• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) in software, integrated electronic locks, reader & credential technology • Partner with RSO and NE sales teams to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and support the sales cycle • Support System Integration partners with solution training for integrator personnel • Conduct on-site assessments, system demonstrations, and technical presentations • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products • Cross-Train and support other solutions/initiatives as needed by the business

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of field engineering, systems integration, or technical sales experience
  • Experience with Physical Access Control Software (PACS)
  • Integrated electronic locks, reader & credential technology
  • IT/Wi-Fi networks, and low-voltage systems experience
  • Proven track record of partnering with sales teams
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience delivering technical training and partner enablement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronic security solutions is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required, typical 40% (range 30–60% depending on territory)
