Job Description

• Experience in successfully selling high 7-8figure deals to C-Suite executives. • Navigate the Customer Journey by effectively utilizing CoMessage and CoBuyer strategies. • Sell Cross-Functionally and navigate multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. • Implement Value-Based Selling and adhere to the sales process, demonstrating high activity and persistence. • Build predictability in sales methodology and opportunity qualification. • Engage in Team Selling to maximize collaboration and effectiveness. • Follow a Value-Based Selling approach and maintain a high level of activity and persistence. • Act with urgency and exhibit business-like behavior in managing schedules and commitments.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales experience at a software company (preferably SaaS), agency or management consultancy (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG).
  • Significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies navigating organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments.
  • Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing operations is preferred
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-velocity and sometimes ambiguous environment (yes, we're a startup!).
