• Develop and implement data strategies that align with our business goals and objectives • Oversee the data operations and management of our organization • Ensure that our data is accurate, reliable and secure • Use data effectively to support our business operations and decision-making processes • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or related work experience.
10+ years of experience in data operations and management
5+ years of experience in leadership role
Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.
Masters' Degree in a related field
