Job Description

• Leverage a senior-level network within USSOCOM and its Component Commands (e.g., USASOC, AFSOC, NSW, MARSOC) to shape requirements and sponsor Silvus capabilities within rapid fielding and modernization initiatives. • Drive early visibility for Silvus in emerging SOF Programs of Record, Operational Imperatives, and rapid acquisition pathways including SOF AT&L technology insertions. • Position Silvus within SOF communications and EW concepts, ensuring technical alignment to low-SWaP, resilient, multi-band edge networking in highly contested environments. • Serve as the senior “market anchor” for USSOCOM, coordinating a team-based pursuit model across Strategic Growth, DoD Account Sales, and OEM/Prime Sales. • Align internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Product, Capture, Executive Leadership) to deliver unified messaging and pursuit strategy for priority SOF efforts. • Partner with Motorola Solutions and MSI Government Affairs to synchronize advocacy and policy outreach. • Provide continuous market insight to Silvus leadership — capturing trends in SOF communications, tactical networking, and spectrum operations. • Identify and cultivate emerging opportunities for long-term revenue growth through special operations acquisition channels. • Represent Silvus at senior SOF, DoD, and industry forums to promote thought leadership for Silvus MN-MIMO waveform and Spectrum Dominance technology. • Develop and execute the USSOCOM Market Development Plan, defining shaping objectives, key relationships, and pursuit milestones in coordination with SOF Sales/BD stakeholders. • Contribute to Silvus’ pipeline growth by ensuring multi-year program opportunities are identified and matured toward Business Development hand-off.
