• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the entire Operations department • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for People, Finance, IT, and Administration • Establish and promote high standards for team dynamics and collaboration across the organization • Lead and facilitate organizational change and crisis management initiatives • Coach and inspire a team of senior leaders in the Operations department • Foster seamless collaboration and synergy across the entire Operations department • Serve as a proactive and collaborative business partner to the Senior Leadership Team
