• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and to acquire new accounts • Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, certificates of insurance • Correspond in a professional manner with insurance companies and clients • Accurately answer client questions about their insurance coverages and needs • Assist with claims processing when applicable • Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet revenue goals • Enroll in annual Continuing Education
