- Ability to get a senior L&D leader at a Fortune 500 on the phone and hold an insightful conversation
- Clear and personable writing skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn as a business tool

- Ability to thrive with autonomy in a high-trust team
- Familiarity with Sales Nav, HubSpot, and modern outbound tools

The Associate Sales Representative participates in a hands-on sales training program to learn how to sell innovative technology, assisting territory managers in expanding business and converting physicians from competitor products. Responsibilities include contributing to territory sales goals, supporting representatives and customers, generating sales leads, and conducting product demonstrations.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, and delivering qualified leads to the Account Executive team through high-volume daily outreach activities. This includes making 80–100 outbound calls daily and generating a minimum of 5 qualified cold call passes per month.
