Titan Cloud is a market-leading provider of Fuel Asset Optimization, helping some of the world’s largest convenience stores, fleets, and suppliers reduce compliance risk, lower asset maintenance costs, and increase revenue and fuel yield. We serve as the enterprise software platform and system of record, connecting our clients' fuel, environment, store operations, and maintenance departments. Our customers save millions annually through reduced lost sales, improved customer experiences, fuel loss mitigation, and reduced environmental reserves and fines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with strong preference for enterprise “business” applications with complex workflows and a high ROI used by business departments required.
- Experience with compliance, supply chain, ERP, field service, maintenance, and other business applications preferred.
- Experience selling software into large enterprises with multiple stakeholders preferred.
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your book over time backed up by data.
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through both an understanding of the customer’s business and the unique solutions that Titan Cloud can deliver.
- Experience in consulting and/or presales consulting preferred.
- History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals.
- Best-in-class communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quick manage objections.
- Prospect and win new business through developing key executive relationships within key prospects to drive expansion of that business with all key accounts, growing share of wallet through developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
- Resolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the optimal course of action, and implementing best available solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that understanding to bring back iterations to the business.
- Constantly study and deepen understanding of market trends to enable consultative insight.
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, logistics and customer success teams to align on strategy and ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure all data is accurately reported through sales enablement tools on a timely basis to help the company make informed business decisions.
