Job Description
SphereWMS is seeking a driven and consultative Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
This role is ideal for a proactive revenue generator who thrives in outbound sales, understands warehouse and logistics operations, and is comfortable engaging operations leaders, supply chain executives, and senior decision-makers within warehouse-driven organizations.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving predictable revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities through consistent outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking).
Execute a structured outbound sales process with a target of 50+ dials per day.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, budget, authority, and timeline.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, workflows, and operational pain points.
Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s use case.
Build, manage, and accurately forecast a pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot.
Develop account strategies, success plans, proposals, and pricing models.
Lead contract negotiations and drive opportunities through the closing process.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent SphereWMS, generate leads, and cultivate partner relationships.
Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
Maintain deep knowledge of SphereWMS capabilities, warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics trends, and competitive offerings.
Leverage sales tools and AI platforms to improve prospecting efficiency, call transcription, and pipeline management.
2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
Experience selling into warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations environments strongly preferred.
Proven success in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales.
Comfortable executing high-volume outreach (50+ calls per day).
Strong understanding of modern sales processes and pipeline management.
Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and call transcription/AI tools.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
