Job Description
- Own regional revenue performance through disciplined territory planning, pipeline generation, opportunity
- progression, and accurate forecasting.
- Develop, recruit (as applicable), onboard, enable, and manage the dealer/partner network to expand
- coverage, generate qualified pipeline, and drive conversion; conduct regular partner business reviews and
- performance management.
- Lead joint account planning with partners and key customers; ensure partners are aligned to approved
- positioning, messaging, and selling practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders; manage escalations and
- coordinate internal resources to support retention and growth.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, commercial governance, ethical standards, and
- regulatory requirements: maintain required documentation and follow approval workflows for pricing,
- discounting, and contracting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Contracts, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and
- Product Management to ensure seamless deal execution, contract compliance, and consistent customer
- experience.
- Monitor market and competitive dynamics; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on
- performance, risks, partner health, and regional opportunities.
- Protect margin by applying a disciplined deal strategy, pricing alignment, and appropriate discount
- governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive B2B sales experience with quota responsibility and complex deal negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing indirect sales channels (dealer/distributor/agent/rep partners), including enablement and performance management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining pipeline discipline, and providing accurate forecasts.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to inform deal strategy and territory priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
