• Manage the Clinical Resource function within a sales specialty. • Oversee investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations. • Interface with Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions, clinical liaisons and other healthcare professionals. • Stay up to date with industry trends and current events. • Meet with existing and potential Respiratory customers by traveling to identify their needs. • Present Medline’s clinical programs and solutions through various methods. • Oversee day-to-day operations of a group of employees. • Provide guidelines and parameters for staff functioning. • Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and training of staff.
