Job Description

• Partner Closely with the GPO: Work alongside the GPO to identify, Implement, and optimize evidence-based strategies and tools that improve workflow efficiency. • Tailor Messaging for Diverse Audiences: Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clarity, engagement, and impact. • Master Storytelling: Present complex data and concepts in compelling narratives that inspire action and foster understanding. • Organize, Analyze, and Advise: Collect and structure data, perform in-depth analysis, and extract key insights. • Lead Strategic Engagements: Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Therapeutic Interchange Conversations (TICs). • Deliver Clinical & Operational Support: Guide practices on new drug approvals and therapeutic interchange opportunities. • Coach & Educate: Develop and present educational materials focused on workflow optimization and regulatory compliance. • Champion New Implementations: Play a critical role in onboarding new MID practices.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist (any state) typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience (2+ years of community oncology and/or multispecialty experience required).
  • 2+ years of management and leadership experience preferred.
  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; active license required; MBA, Board Certification, or advanced degree a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including data analysis, visualization, and presentation development.
  • Experience in operations management, analytics, and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in healthcare leadership, with experience driving operational improvements and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Deep understanding of operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements; experience with PBMs and MID regulatory bodies is a plus.
