As part of our growing remote team, you will help individuals understand available coverage options while providing dependable guidance and support.
What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled phone and virtual consultations with members who have requested information
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions and provide updates
Support existing members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance
Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
Ensure full compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards

Qualified candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using technology and digital tools in a remote environment
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
