Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process
Build strong, long-term relationships through clear communication and reliable service
Support members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Use modern digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions efficiently
Participate in ongoing training sessions and team development meetings
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
