ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assists with the day-to-day maintenance and administration of back-office systems
- Responds to and resolves assigned support calls. Perform basic troubleshooting of packaging, deployment, and client‑side issues.
- Prepares project status reports for customers and management during deployments.
- Independently partner with application owners to gather requirements, build complex application packages, and validate deployment success
- Document packaging steps and deployment results in team repositories
- Lead medium‑sized deployment efforts including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for packaging and deployment failures
- Improve packaging standards and automation through scripting and tool enhancements
- Provide guidance to Engineer I team members and assist with onboarding
- Follow change‑management processes and adhere to organizational standards
- Provides support for on-site and off hour availability on 24/7 as part of an on-call rotation with other team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger (MECM) or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Solid PowerShell scripting capability
- Ability to independently manage packaging assignments
- Strong communication skills for cross‑team coordination

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Skills:
- 3–5 years of enterprise packaging and deployment experience

- Experience leading medium‑sized deployment efforts
