This senior-level individual contributor role requires operating across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Success functions to bring structure to complex programs, align executive stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and measurable outcomes, with a focus on building repeatable frameworks for program delivery and continuous improvement. - Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and client implementations end-to-end, translating strategic and contractual commitments into actionable plans
- Align diverse stakeholders toward clearly defined delivery outcomes and ensure adherence to milestones, quality standards, and success metrics
- Serve as a senior escalation point and structured problem-solver for enterprise initiatives
- Establish scalable governance frameworks, executive reporting cadence, and proactive risk management processes
- Improve portfolio visibility, prioritization, and capacity planning, while building repeatable frameworks that support organizational growth
- Partner with executive leadership to operationalize strategic priorities and monitor initiative performance, driving early course corrections as needed
- Promote change adoption, continuous improvement, and operational rigor across matrixed teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience leading large-scale, complex enterprise implementations
- Proven experience designing, building, or maturing PMO strategies and governance models
- Strong portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment experience
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity, manage multiple high-impact initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Healthcare industry experience, ideally in payer environments, value-based care, or digital health platforms serving enterprise clients
- Preferred: PMP certification, experience in digital health ecosystems, and working in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Leadership capabilities including executive presence, influence without authority, structured systems thinking, high accountability, and proactive risk management
