The specialist will provide high-quality training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs to ensure compliance with performance standards and federal regulations. Responsibilities include providing individualized and group T/TA on governance, management, and fiscal operations, and developing Quality Improvement Plans to correct identified deficiencies.

The Project Manager will provide leadership and direction to project staff to achieve contract deliverables while assisting the Program Manager in staffing the project with qualified professionals. This role involves managing project operations, supervising team leads, and supporting the development and dissemination of research-based resources for Head Start programs nationwide.
