• Populate and update established Excel pricing templates. • Review subcontractor quotes and vendor pricing to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the RFP. • Read and evaluate solicitations to identify specific financial requirements (e.g., CLIN structure, template requirements, etc.). • Draft the administrative sections of pricing narratives (e.g., company information, travel policies, and standard labor rate explanations). • Maintain the 'Gold Folder' for proposals, ensuring all versions of the price model and supporting documentation are organized for potential audits. • Reach out to Project Managers or other teams to gather required information (e.g., current salary data or labor category descriptions).
