Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Global Account Manager. This senior executive role is responsible for leading the global expansion of Salute's strategic customer portfolio, forging transformative partnerships, and developing differentiated solution frameworks that drive enterprise-level revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B experience in strategic sales, global business development, or enterprise account management
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership role with global scope
  • Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex, multi-million-dollar engagements
  • Deep expertise in data center operations, lifecycle services, and mission-critical infrastructure solutions
  • Proven ability to build and sustain C-level and VP-level relationships
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience operating across multiple global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred)

Requirements

  • Military background or experience within a veteran-centric organization (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as Uptime Institute Tier Certification, ASHRAE thermal guidelines, TIA-942, and ISO/IEC 27001
  • Working knowledge of DCIM, BMS, and ITSM platforms
  • Multilingual capability (English plus one or more of: Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin) is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global business development strategy targeting hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise Fortune 500 accounts, and colocation operators
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value strategic partnerships and multi-year enterprise contracts
  • Build and maintain a robust global pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead go-to-market expansion into new geographies, verticals, and segments
  • Serve as the senior solutions authority for global strategic pursuits
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Operations, and Technical teams
  • Drive thought leadership in emerging areas including AI/ML infrastructure and sustainable data center practices
  • Own and cultivate C-suite and senior executive relationships within a defined portfolio of global strategic accounts
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial structuring for multi-region engagements
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to align global account strategies with regional execution plans
  • Monitor and synthesize global market trends
  • Represent Salute at global industry events and conferences
  • Publish insights, white papers, and thought leadership content
