Role Description

  • Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
  • Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
  • Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
  • Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact database management, launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub and building custom analytics reports within the platform.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
  • Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
  • B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
  • C1+ level of Russian.
  • Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • Copywriting skills will be a plus.
  • Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop will be a plus.
