The analyst will own the Employee Service Center (ESC) reporting cadence, designing and maintaining dashboards that translate raw data into narratives highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities for leadership review. Key duties include monitoring core performance metrics, supporting capacity and workload data analysis, and analyzing Workday transactions and HR Service Delivery workflows to identify bottlenecks.
