Role Description
As our Web Analytics & SEO Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our enterprise web properties through data-driven insights and SEO strategies. You’ll be responsible for implementing and monitoring web analytics, conducting keyword research, and making optimization recommendations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, content, and development teams to enhance website performance, ensuring best practices in technical SEO, structured data markup, and content optimization.
Responsibilities
- Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate event data is available in Google Analytics (GA4).
- Utilize tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Brightedge to monitor and improve website performance.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and content optimization, ensuring best practices are implemented.
- Support optimization for AI-generated search results.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to implement SEO recommendations.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in web analytics and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Personable, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMRush, BrightEdge, and Contentsquare.
- Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
