Role Description

As a Payments Analyst your primary responsibility is processing payments for incoming bills as approved by others. A successful candidate will be required to work with a variety of third-party vendors and partners throughout the day while processing payments. The ability to multitask seamlessly is required for efficiency in this position. Success in this role relies on your ability to stay organized while managing multiple programs simultaneously. The payments analyst will have a daily and ongoing impact on our company’s goal, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our vendors and partners.

  • Enter requests into the bill-pay system as applicable.
  • Work with teams across the organization as needed for requests for urgent payments.
  • Assist in credit card payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Monitor the shared inbox and thoughtfully and accurately correspond with external vendors and partners.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, Banking, or a similar role.
  • 1 year of professional office experience.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
  • Critical thinking skills and experience in problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
