The Senior Technical Recruiter will own the full recruiting cycle for technical roles spanning Software Engineering, Data & AI/ML, and Product & Design across the Americas, from initial outreach to offer signing. This involves partnering closely with hiring managers to align priorities, flag risks, and drive searches forward with urgency and precision.

The Lead Engineer will be the technical and delivery anchor, remaining deeply hands-on while serving as the primary decision-maker for architecture and feature delivery. Responsibilities include leading development of a production Next.js application, owning front-end architecture, mentoring engineers, and partnering with Product and Design.

The primary responsibility is to quickly and accurately post incoming deposits to client accounts, working closely with vendors who remit funds. This involves downloading and reviewing bank transactions, posting them timely, and corresponding with external partners via a shared inbox.

This role involves building and leading the payments operations function, focusing on scaling high-volume payment processing, reconciliation, and exception handling through automation and system improvements.
