The Senior Associate will lead the M&A reporting process, providing insights on KPIs and trends to senior leadership, and will be responsible for preparing pro forma financial models for potential acquisitions and new market entry analyses. This role involves extensive cross-functional partnership to incorporate operational and market assumptions into financial models and diligence efforts.

The Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist is responsible for various aspects of decision-making and coding reviews to facilitate, obtain, validate, and reconcile appropriate provider documentation for clinical conditions. This position handles risk adjustment coding and quality assurance validation for prospective medical record reviews, concurrent outpatient claim diagnosis coding, and retrospective reviews.

The Senior Data Analyst will design and execute complex analyses across clinical, claims, operational, and membership datasets to identify trends and risks, and will develop and maintain population health analyses to support proactive care management interventions. This role also involves building and enhancing recurring reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and translating analytical findings into clear narratives for various audiences.
