Job Description

• Provides consultation, analysis, interpretation, and training on labor agreements • Leads efforts to conduct highly complex analyses across Labor Relations • Formulates strategies for process improvement, education, and enforcement of labor relations issues • Prepares correspondence and reports, attends high level stakeholder meetings • Builds relationships with employee representatives and supports union contract negotiations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university required
  • 4+ years of experience in workforce and labor relations, HR Operations, Strategic Operations, Program/Policy Management, or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in Managing Projects or Programs with a track record of driving complex, cross-functional work required
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions, create reporting, and assess program performance required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
