The Strategic Account Manager will advance ZOLL's strategic position within large and/or strategic private and government accounts by managing assigned accounts, gathering comprehensive information, and developing account strategies. This role involves leading internal teams, identifying key contacts, developing cross-sell opportunities, presenting account reviews to senior management, and spending significant time in the field with Territory Managers.
This position is primarily responsible for providing technical support during the implant of the remedē System and offering technical support and training to hospital staff to enhance patient outcomes. Essential functions include supporting therapy activation, titration, and training new customers on the system programmer and device programming.
