This role involves providing a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems, while researching and resolving issues that may involve fraud support and internet operations. The specialist must process customer inquiries using multiple systems to provide accurate account information with professionalism.

The Software Engineer – iOS will be responsible for designing and developing iOS Native mobile applications for iPhone and iPad using Objective C and Swift interoperability in a highly configured distributed environment. This includes implementing user interfaces, features, and enhancements using UIKIt, SpriteKit, and SwiftUI, while also designing intents and conducting thorough unit testing.
