The Onboarding Specialist will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, including configuration, CRM integrations, and guiding them to go-live. Additionally, this role serves as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex bugs.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building AI-powered development infrastructure, enabling AI agents to securely spin up environments, run tests, and ship code in parallel, while also maintaining and evolving the existing AWS infrastructure.
