The mission is to build and scale dedicated infrastructure for custom agent integrations, empowering customer-facing engineers by creating a robust, automated, and self-service platform. Responsibilities include designing cloud infrastructure, creating reusable CI/CD templates, championing Infrastructure as Code, and managing a Kubernetes environment for diverse integration services.

The engineer will own end-to-end technical paths for VoIP/SIP connectivity in critical customer integrations, diagnosing complex call flows and designing robust connectivity patterns across various telephony components. This role involves troubleshooting signaling and media issues, navigating enterprise constraints, and partnering deeply with customer engineering teams to ensure successful go-lives.

The Lead Customer Marketing Manager will own and scale the global customer advocacy and engagement strategy, focusing on building a structured reference engine and elevating enterprise customer storytelling. This role is responsible for making customer engagement a measurable driver of expansion pipeline and Net Revenue Retention.
