The Senior UX Designer will partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces for estimating software, taking end-to-end ownership of the design process from research to high-fidelity specifications. Key duties include defining usability testing strategies, iterating designs based on data, advocating for the user cross-functionally, and contributing to the company design system.

The manager will own the demand generation strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets by planning and executing integrated campaigns targeting preconstruction and estimating leaders. This includes building scalable plays across various channels like paid search, social, and email, while partnering with Content and Product Marketing.

The Staff Product Manager will partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to define, build, and launch new product features for core estimating and contracting workflows. This involves understanding customer needs and translating insights into actionable product requirements while managing the backlog and defining success metrics.
