Job Description
About This Role
At Ediphi, we’re building a diverse team from all backgrounds who share similar values to ours. If you don’t feel you check all the experiences and qualifications we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply!
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to help shape the next generation of Ediphi’s estimating and pre-construction tools. You’ll be embedded with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, and partner closely with estimators and industry experts to deliver intuitive, powerful features. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can dive into user problems and ask the right questions with little direction, translate needs into clear product requirements, and work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship features that scale. You’ll be creating new features from 0 to 1.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to define, build, and launch new product features for Ediphi’s core estimating and contracting workflows.
- Understand customer needs and market trends through internal and external discovery, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Define success metrics for features and track adoption and performance post-launch.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth go-to-market and feedback loops.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions and long-term roadmap planning.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on 0 to 1 product management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong discovery skills and product sense, with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly product experiences.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and evaluate multiple tradeoffs for solutions that drive business impact.
- Excellent storyteller with a proven ability to shape and build products that align with the broader company vision, while bringing the organization along on the journey.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define metrics and use data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide decisions.
- Growth mindset with curiosity to learn from both users and teammates.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, where you took on a variety of responsibilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with construction technology or adjacent industries (fintech, insurtech, pre-construction, estimating) is strongly preferred.
Why take on this role?
- Opportunity for real impact: Help shape the culture, direction, and success of a fast-moving startup.
- Supportive leadership team: Work with experienced leaders who prioritize your growth and well-being.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and growth potential: Be part of something big, where your contributions have an outsized impact, both professionally and financially.
- Change an industry while improving how people work: Don’t take our word for it, check out what our customers say about Ediphi.
Benefits
- Remote working environment (U.S. based)
- Competitive salary and stock options
- Unlimited PTO (and we actually encourage you to use it)
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Parental leave
- A phenomenal, remote-first team that deeply cares about creating great products
