• Partner with product on user research initiatives: You will assist in planning and executing comprehensive research strategies with internal and external stakeholders to uncover deep insights into user behaviors and pain points. • End-to-end design ownership: Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specifications. • Data-driven iteration: Define usability testing strategies, analyze metrics/feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction. • Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to advocate for the user, ensure design feasibility, and oversee high-quality implementation. • Design system management: Contribute to and help maintain the company design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. • Industry innovation: Stay ahead of UX trends, construction technology advancements, and SaaS best practices to keep our product competitive.
