This role involves translating the CEO and Board vision into actionable priorities, OKRs, and execution plans while driving cross-functional initiatives and preparing the CEO for key engagements. Day-to-day tasks include running leadership meetings, tracking accountability, drafting communications, and resolving organizational blockers.

This role focuses on optimizing the CEO’s time, priorities, and confidential initiatives by acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant, operating at both strategic and tactical levels. The assistant will also serve as an AI stakeholder/sponsor on behalf of the CEO, utilizing advanced AI tools daily.
