This role manages the day-to-day site recruitment, consultation, and project management for the Target: Aortic Stenosis Initiative, focusing on building relationships to achieve program goals. The Data Processing Coordinator supports the Quality, Outcomes Research & Analytics (QORA) team by managing data, validating reports, and ensuring accuracy for data-driven reporting and analytics department-wide. This role involves maintaining compliance information, accurate CRM entry, supporting internal reporting needs, and providing excellent customer service for data-related requests.

The coordinator will drive the implementation of rural health hubs by coordinating the setup of blood pressure stations, supporting community health hub development, and managing project-related materials and data collection/reporting. Responsibilities also include acting as the primary contact, promoting community relations, recruiting volunteers, and facilitating health initiatives and workshops.

The Project Manager serves as a central operational and scientific coordination role within the Periodic Table of Food Initiative (PTFI), supporting the full lifecycle of omics-enabled research from study design through data analysis and translation. This involves coordinating research operations, managing complex data workflows, and translating multi-omics datasets into analysis-ready resources and scientific outputs.

This role acts as the principal advisor and center of expertise on federal and government funding, focusing on enterprise-level insight, regulatory changes, and strategic options for decision-making and compliance execution across the grant lifecycle. Key duties include overseeing institutional registrations, developing compliance infrastructure, reviewing pre-award budgets, and leading the transition protocol from pre-award to post-award execution.
