In this role, you’ll be the face of our portfolio in top on-premise accounts, driving growth, visibility, and engagement across our diverse range of brands. This is a unique opportunity to shape the consumer experience, build lasting relationships, and make a measurable impact in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
- Serve as the primary Pernod Ricard USA contact for key On-Premise accounts, building strong, consultative relationships.
- Drive portfolio performance by executing monthly and quarterly sales programs and activating brand-specific initiatives aligned with market priorities.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic placement of point-of-sale materials and execution of consumer sampling events.
- Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-through on customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within your territory, leveraging market trends and consumer insights.
- Manage budgets, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records using mobile and desktop tools.
- Partner with trade education teams to deliver impactful training and brand storytelling to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30%.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, tracking performance, and using digital tools for reporting.
