Role Description

This role involves maintaining and growing market share by delivering excellent customer service and proactive account management for assigned clients.

  • Manage all aspects of client accounts, coordinating service needs such as claims handling, loss data analysis, cost‑containment initiatives, and supporting billing and collections.
  • Lead the negotiation and facilitation of successful contract renewals while ensuring strong team collaboration to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and selling additional services to existing clients, including overseeing large, high‑visibility programs with strong retention potential.
