As a Lead Consultant Supervision Specialist within Empower Personal Wealth, you will provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to the Supervision team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will support operational priorities, conduct training, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and risk management. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership presence, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Provide daily guidance on supervision processes and support resolution of escalated or complex items

  • Coordinate procedure updates and support implementation of process improvements

  • Facilitate and support training initiatives related to product, regulatory, and organizational changes

  • Ensure completion of recurring audits, reporting, and applicable ad-hoc projects

  • Assist with daily operational activities to ensure appropriate coverage and manage workload spikes

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience in wealth management or financial services

  • FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations required

  • FINRA Series 51 registration required within corporate established timelines

  • Experience in regulatory compliance and/or supervisory functions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to escalate appropriately

  • Ability to work independently while influencing peers and internal partners

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Base Salary Range

$79,400.00 - $112,175.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
