Job Requirements
- GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR; Bachelor’s Degree
- Technically proficient with computers and information systems
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Excel with problem solving and troubleshooting
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally
- Expertise using Salesforce CRM preferred
