In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview processes.
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, streamline recruiting workflows, and help the team operate more efficiently.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical roles across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other business teams.
- Managing the interview process to ensure a structured, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market insights, candidate profiles, and hiring best practices.
- Collaborating with recruitment and hiring teams to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping communicate the company’s mission, culture, and value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Tracking recruiting metrics and using data to improve sourcing strategies, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of scalable recruiting practices as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search, with a focus on business or go-to-market roles.
- Bringing an AI-enabled mindset, continuously exploring new tools and workflows that allow small teams to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.) and recruiting tools, such as AI sourcing tools (Juicebox, Wrangle.io, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for fintech or financial services teams.
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with private markets, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience improving recruiting processes and building scalable hiring practices.
Benefits
