Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle Executive recruiting experience; 7+ years of experience overall in a talent, people, or HR-equivalent function
- deep experience recruiting for Director to C-Suite Executive talent, ideally in a high-growth, rapidly changing business environment
- experience influencing and partnering with founders and/or Executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers
- strong sourcing, research, and networking skills
- experience partnering with Board members, investor talent agencies, external executive search firms
- experience partnering with broader People functions such as HRBP and Compensation
- enjoy building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
- enjoy creative problem solving and working within difficult constraints
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong sense of urgency and ownership for the work you do
- experience working with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Covey, Ashby, Metaview, or similar
