Role Description

As a Remote Client Representative, you will work directly with families across the U.S. and Canada, meeting with clients virtually via Zoom consultations. From the comfort of your home, you’ll educate clients on their benefits, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions that protect what matters most.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort working in a virtual environment
  • A strong work ethic and self-driven mindset

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Prior leadership or management experience (a plus, not required)
  • No prior insurance experience is required
