Role Description
This role involves leading the West Region for Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA), focusing on Sales Operations, Aftersales, and Dealer Development.
- Act as a mentor, subject-matter expert, and brand ambassador for Mitsubishi Motors.
- Develop and execute a regional plan aligned with MMNA’s Momentum 2030 strategy.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and increase vehicle and parts sales.
- Oversee the Region’s goals, KPIs, and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and HR.
- Manage and coach a small, experienced team to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive automotive wholesale and/or retail experience.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Advanced proficiency with IHS Markit systems and data.
- Expert knowledge of dealer network planning tools and processes.
- Strong working knowledge of laws and regulations related to dealer network planning.
- Proven experience leading teams, including coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- Experience in roles such as District Sales Manager, Regional Dealer Network Manager, or similar leadership positions.
- Advanced capability in dealer financial analysis.
- Previous retail dealership General Management or Operations leadership experience.
