Role Description
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Associate Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
- Assist with the configuration of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules
- Support clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Improve operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement
- Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships
- Position requires up to 50% travel
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of industry and/or consulting experience
- Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/SCM (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment
- Strong industry experience in production and planning
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English
- Valid Driver’s License
Requirements
- Dynamics 365 (AX) implementation experience
- Procurement, warehousing, planning work experience preferred
- Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx
- Azure DevOps experience
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
